30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, contact alteixeirosegia@outlook.com with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the request. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping anything.

Free Returns and Shipping

Eligible returns are free of charge. Customers are not responsible for applicable taxes or duties on eligible orders. Orders with a merchandise value over $30 qualify for free standard shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, damaged, personalized, final-sale, clearance, or hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded where disclosed before purchase. This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Please include your order number and photographs where possible.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and generally appear in your account within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges depend on product availability. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. If the order has already shipped, this return policy applies.
